Wordless Wednesday- Hodge's

Hodge's is still knocking it out of the park after the fantastic media-preview dinner that I attended before they opened (although I was sad to see Chef Adam Bostwick leave the kitchen). I'm looking forward to my third visit there this Saturday.

I leave you with this, their bright and delicious Asparagus Soup with crispy pork crackling and creme fraiche ($6).

Yum! When I went, they were out of Asparagus but replaced it with pea --- was fantastic but I can't wait to go back and have the asparagus version!

That soup looks out of this world. I hadn't heard about Chef Adam's departure - I've been living in a yoga bubble! The foodie in me is out of practice, and the loop!! I'm hoping I can get to Hodge's sooner rather than later... thanks for sharing the reminder to get it on my calendar.

Any idea why Adam left? Did he land some where else?

Adam left on good terms, just to follow his dream of having his own place. Stepping into someone else's kitchen and concept was not what he ultimately wanted. He's got some things in the works, so I'm sure we'll see some news from him soon!
