August Events and a Chef Gala Winner

Let's perk up this dreary Thursday morning in Cleveland with the drawing of the random winner of the two Chef Gala tickets to this Saturday's event! Speaking of events, there are quite a few coming up that I want to share with you:

August 14th- One Hope Wine Dinner at Fahrenheit. Six course, wine-paired meal. 6:30PM. $75 a person. Call 216-781-8858 for reservations.

August 15th- Vegan Dinner available at Bistro 185. Between 5:00PM - 9:00PM, 3 course vegan meal for $30 + tax. Pre-paid reservations only.

August 23rd- Reunion Dinner at AMP 150. Chef Dean James Max (creator of the original AMP 150 menu), original Executive Chef Ellis Cooley (visiting from FL), and current Executive Chef Jeff Jarrett will join together to create one unforgettable meal. The event includes six wine-paired courses, highlighting their farm-to-table approach to food. Tickets are $75 a person, and you can make a reservation by calling 216-706-8787.

August 24th- Back to Our Roots, a Cleveland Independents Dinner. 5 courses, prepared by member chefs. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Case Western Reserve University Farm School Visitation Program. 6:30PM. Squire Valleevue Farm. $199. For tickets, click here.

August 26th- Scratch Sheet Dinner at Grovewood Tavern. Featuring wines from the Parlay/Payout portfolio of Five Grapes Imports. Limited in production, these up-and-comers are strong to the finish. 6:30PM.
