It was chewy enough to be interesting, but not a distraction from the burger and toppings. I will also point out that if the sweet potato fry order had been more generous, you could have shared more!Proudfathernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-609911428260668545.post-72093760861093719472011-04-01T15:59:36.290-04:002011-04-01T15:59:36.290-04:00Heather- I could agree with that. But the burgers are reasonably priced.

Alicia- Check it out soon and enjoy!

Renee- The fries could have been a little less sweet for my taste as well, but the small portion was just right. Too many more and I would have had to leave them behind. But I did enjoy them overall.Bite Buffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17323105047152569765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-609911428260668545.post-81073298520398276842011-04-01T11:15:41.844-04:002011-04-01T11:15:41.844-04:00I absolutely loved the 56 Classic bun. I can take or leave the sesame seeds, but the bun itself had a wonderful chewiness to it that I really enjoyed.

I, however, wasn't crazy about the sweet potato fries. The gaujillo pepper wasn't potent enough for me- so I mostly tasted brown sugar and cinnamon. A little too sweet for my savory side.

We had a bit of a problem with the owner/manager's attitude, otherwise I would return in a heartbeat. Their burgers were my second favorite in town. I liked them better than Tremont Tap House or Buckeye Beer Engine. However, B-Spot still reigns supreme, in my opinion!Reneehttp://twitter.com/bqrc23noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-609911428260668545.post-64253376246958124652011-04-01T10:42:27.571-04:002011-04-01T10:42:27.571-04:00I hate a soft sweet potato fry. But your description of your burger has me thinking about going soon!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11506095687979354503noreply@blogger.com
