Larder: A Curated Delicatessen & Bakery in Cleveland

A from-scratch Eastern European delicatessen and bakery featuring koji cured meats, wild foraged ingredients, and local fermented foods, called Larder: A Curated Delicatessen & Bakery, is trying to open its doors in the Hingetown area of Cleveland.

They are running a Kickstarter campaign through Saturday, July 8th, and there are some great rewards for backing the campaign. I have my eye on the 2-hour foraging class!
